Motivation Letter

Sebenarnya agak ngakak ketika baca ulang motivation letter ini. Motivation letter ini ditulis buat memenuhi tuntutan tugas english business beberapa waktu lalu hehe ya tapi boleh banget kalau mau dijadikan rujukan nih :) Sama sekalian doain ya motivation letternya bisa beneran diacc bukan cuma hoax XD

My name is Nelly Ifada. I am still studying in Yogyakarta State University with major in Management.

Since I was in Play Group, I have a big interest and passion in Art. It has grown since I was a little girl when I found a lot of used books in my home. I started to draw line and day by day it made a progress. During Elementary School until Senior High School, I always choose Art as my extracurricular. Eventhough, I choosed to study in General School. Sometimes, I was selected to join Art Contest. Several times, I got gold medal in Art.

When I was teenager, I have always dreamt to be designer. But my art teacher told me that my art character was not appropriate in that side. He told me that my character was in comic. He help me to draw various expressions and supported me to be more expressive in my art. I guest what he said was true. But in other side I think my passion is not drawing comic too because I seldom read comics.

In my Senior High School, I think I have found my new hobby. Photoshop. It is like an amazing software. Last time, I must used paint, brush and other equipments to draw but now I just need my cursor to do that. It is clean enough. I am interested to know more about this software. I like to browse with using my internet. But my Father didn’t agree when I want choose Design as my major. I think it is okay for my hobby. I also like Business. When I am studying in YSU, I was selected to be chief of Media Department in my organization.  I have big chance to study more about Design Graphic.

So with these reasons above I am giving try for myself to be a part of the Nanyang Technological University’s Exchange Program. I want practice my skill in Design Graphic. I’m sure by participating in Exchange Program I will earn more knowledge and valuable experience, and at the same time share it with other people for a better future of us all.
